Tamara Segal

Tamara works with plants as medicine to help facilitate healing on a holistic level, in line with nature. She finds that nature’s medicine in its simplicity carries a deep wisdom that can facilitate profound healing on many levels. She prepares medicines from wild plants which she harvests from the land where she lives, in Prince Edward County ON. She runs a private practice, creating custom herbal blends, and offering nutritional support as well as suggesting other natural approaches to help restore and maintain vibrant health. Tamara also offers guided wild edible & medicinal plant tours throughout her region, sharing with others her deep appreciation and connection with the wild abundance surrounding us all.
