_______________________________________

A professional dancer, choreographer, show producer - Yoga teacher, bodywork practitioner and embodiment coach. I was born in Czech Republic, but already at the age of 14 years I started to travel around the world with dance, living in many different countries. ( Switzerland, Germany, France, Canada, South Korea, Mexico )

I believe that our body holds the key to our healing, which comes from the inside out.
Dance has always been my medicine and as I go, I continue to be amazed by the wisdom and mystery our bodies hold.

My offerings are a blend of everything that I have learned on my own journey, translated through the lenses of my heart and soul.

My speciality is working with movement and body, as an embodiment coach, bodyworker and facilitator.
I slowly transitioned from the art industry to wellness and spirituality and my relationship to dance has changed on many levels.
Throughout my career as a performing artist for over 15years, I realized that the true art is to actually come out from the need to perform and allow authentic expression.
Free myself from technique and let my dance be guided by raw emotions and the experience of being human.

We are all born as artist’s. We can all dance, sing and create something beautiful. We can become vessels of the universe. Instead of trying to be in control, always try to achieve some goals.

When I teach any movement practice or dance, the most important thing for me is to enter a meditative state, flow. Someone calls it a trans. In this state, there is no mind, no interrupting ego or judgement.
We are free, present with ourselves, our body, our breath and our environment, allowing energy to circulate. Expressing our emotions. Non-verbally communicating. Reconnecting to our own energy centres, as well as nature’s- universal energy. Dance becomes medicine and healing.

My dream is to create a space for a community of like minded people, where they can slow down, look inside, explore, express, play, dance, sing, create and the most important - just be themselves ! Embodying authenticity and freedom.

My movement practice:

I have built my own unique movement and embodiment practice, developed over the years of my career, based on knowledge synthesized from different dance techniques and somatic movement approaches. Just to name few:
Contemporary dance, Ballet, African dance, Martha Graham method, Jose Limon method, Floor work, Contact improvisation, Intuitive dance, Gaga, somatic exercises (inspired by Feldekrais method), Osho Dynamic meditation, breathwork, Yoga, Tai Chi, Capoera.
