Energy Medicine Practitioner, Artist & Creativity Instructor
Lauren began her with studies in the healing arts at a young age and knew early on that she wanted to help people in the way of hands-on healing.
At 24 years old, she started her formal studies in energy healing, leading to a life-long pursuit of various healing modalities with an insatiable quest to facilitate soulful healing and its highest expression for her clients. Studies have included professional certification in Reiki, Alphabiotics, Core Synchronism, Polarity Therapy, professional coach training, metaphysical studies, and most recently Shamanism and the Enneagram.
With a well-rounded and practical knowledge base in a wide variety of applications, Lauren is able to co-actively facilitate a greater expression of life energy, healing, and personal awareness and growth for her clients. She is an avid seeker of earth medicine, and enjoys travel to and has lived in many sacred energy points of the world, including Uluru, Australia, Sedona, Arizona, and Mount Shasta, California, where she resides currently.
Lauren is also a multimedia, internationally represented and exhibited artist and creativity instructor.
