Faye Louise Hughes is the founder of Sober Glow Up and a Sobriety and Self-love coach.
After changing her own relationship with alcohol, Faye discovered that the biggest transformation wasn't simply learning how not to drink.
It was discovering who she was without it and recognising sobriety as an exciting opportunity to go all in on herself.
What started with removing alcohol became a much bigger journey of self-love, confidence, raising her standards, trying new things, prioritising wholesome fun and becoming more of the woman she knew she was capable of being.
Through Sober Glow Up, Faye now supports sober and sober-curious women to explore their relationship with alcohol, strengthen the relationship they have with themselves and become the identity of women they know, deep down, they're capable of being.
