Eric Lindo

I'm Eric. I’ve been teaching meditation and other spiritual practices since 2011. In that time I’ve worked with a few thousand people both in person and online, in one on one sessions and in groups as large as 400 people. Thousands more have used my guided meditations on Insight Timer.​ If you’ve used those you’ve probably already got a sense of my style. Meditation is a big part of what I do, but I really excel in helping people wake up and go deeper or further on their spiritual path.
