Why study with them?
Deborah currently teaches at Cosmic Muffin School Of Cookery, her small but well-equipped cooking school located in downtown Ashland, Oregon. Additionally, Chef offers Live Online Cook-Alongs via Zoom for those unable to get to Ashland or looking for a fun and unique way of gathering together with family and friends from different cities and/or states! She also provides personal Medicinal consultations for those interested in learning to prepare medicinally infused foods.
She has authored two cookbooks, one a story-cookbook for children ages six to twelve entitled Cooking With Granddad. A story about eight year old, Edith and her grandfather as they embark on a day of fishing out on Lake Powell. At day’s end, together they prepare their fresh catch of rainbow trout, along with delicious side dishes for themselves and Edith’s family. This heartwarming story, with recipes sprinkled throughout, speaks to how simple pleasures can produce lasting memories.
