About the Teacher
Why study with them?
A Journey-woman of the old ways, Heather Principe is dedicated to teaching within the paradigm of the Four Directions and the Five Elements. Her work weaves understandings of Modern Physics within the fabric of the most ancient knowings and teachings.
Heather is founder of The Yoga and Polarity Center in New York, a center for teaching Yoga, Subtle Energy Healing Arts including Polarity, Pranic Healing, and Energetic Listening Skills for Bodyworkers. When not serving on the Board of IPEA and International Polarity Board in Switzerland; or as a staff member at the International Seminary for Interfaith Studies, The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Sivananda Yoga Ashram and Interfaith Ministers, Heather runs retreats worldwide in all forms of Energetic Healing. Heather has co-authored “Ahimsa in Communication” with Diana Slattery.
