Santiago Santai Jiménez is an ordained Zen monk, a certified Big Mind/Big Heart facilitator, and a certified STAGES developmental coach. He is also a professional musician who has performed at the White House and contributed to several Latin Grammy–nominated albums. Before dedicating his life to contemplative practice and teaching, Santiago trained as an industrial engineer.
Guided by a lifelong devotion to inner transformation, Santiago supports individuals and groups on their paths of awakening, healing, and development. His work weaves together ancient Buddhist wisdom and modern developmental psychology, offering a bridge between contemplative practice and contemporary growth science.
