Why study with them?
Lila has a strong passion for sharing the power of plants as medicine. During her first year at university she made the connection between food as a form of fuel rather than as something to fear. In a college culture surrounded by disordered eating patterns, unhealthy food choices, and take out pizza, Lila turned to nutrition.
As a Communication Studies major at University of San Diego, Lila uses her social media platform and knowledge about the healing powers of plants to inspire others to make conscious food choices. Lila helps individuals heal through diet and lifestyle choices, while also running her small business Blissful Gatherings, a San Diego pop up event service that creates vegan meals curated from local produce.
