Abneet Kaur Sandhar

Abneet Sandhar is an award winning ceremonialist and trained classical Indian Tantra yoga guide, receiving her 300hr teacher training with Master yoga lineage holder: Maitreyi Yogacharini from the Arkaya foundation in 2019. She is also a Feminine Embodiment Coach receiving Woman’s Temple facilitation training with Awakening Women in 2017, and also is a certified Holistic Nutritionist + Chef. In Summer 2021, she was awarded for her community leadership and facilitation by the Visioneers Network, and her work has been featured in Cosmopolitan magazine.

Abneet is a second generation Punjabi- Canadian woman, reclaiming roots and healing gifts from her lineage. She is the CEO of The Nourished Woman, and creator of the 8 week award winning woman's tantra course: AWAKENING SHAKTI. The Nourished Woman is global platform created in 2017 helping women in high impact professions to heal from trauma + burnout and reclaim pleasure, rest + radiance as a birthright. She invokes luminous leadership through 1:1 mentorship, monthly woman's embodiment moon circles, international retreats and courses. These portals guide women back to wholeness, receptivity + rootedness, via a decolonized lens of tantra yoga, somatic experiencing and embodiment of shahkti (divine feminine power)
