Why study with them?
Shannon Litzenberger is a choreographer, facilitator, and creative guide whose work explores how embodied practice can awaken imagination, deepen connection, and support renewal. Rooted in her twenty-five-year career as an award-winning dance artist and artistic director, her workshops invite participants to engage creativity as a living, relational process — one that integrates body, mind, and the natural world.
Her artistic work has been presented across Canada and the US, with residencies at institutions such as Soulpepper Theatre, Toronto Dance Theatre, Harbourfront Centre, and the Banff Centre. Beyond the studio, she designs and facilitates leadership and culture-building programs for people and organizations across the arts, academic, and social sectors, helping people navigate change with creativity and care.
Based in Toronto, Shannon is currently a Public Imagination Network Fellow and Artist-Researcher-in-Residence at the University of Toronto’s School of Cities.
