Jenn Forgie is a multi-passionate creator of Métis, French, and Scottish heritage, blending art, storytelling, and the power and art of journal writing to guide others on transformative journeys of authentic, embodied awareness, vital wellness and creative alchemy.
As a professional artist and playwright, Jenn is currently an Artist-in-Residence with Toronto’s Theatre Passe Muraille. Her interdisciplinary play Seven Pieces—exploring generational trauma, healing, and reintegration—will debut in 2026.
Jenn’s expressive journaling workshops offer a unique modality and practice for individuals of all backgrounds to safely explore their inner worlds through slow, intentional and guided writing. With innovative techniques and themes, she invites participants to reconnect with themselves through curiosity, compassion, and creative play.
A physical mover and vocal artist, Jenn recently collaborated with renowned artists Rhiannon and Margie Gilles on the Murmuration Project, exploring the intersection of improvisation movement and voice. She is also trained as an End-of-Life Doula and is pursuing certification in Tellington TTouch, supporting both humans and animals through life’s transitions. Jenn’s own decades-long healing journey deeply informs her work, inspiring others to reconnect with their truest selves through her workshops and 1:1 mentoring program, The Living Practice.
