Why study with them?

Richard has been learning and sharing Tai Chi and Qigong health and wellness practices in the south Okanagan for over 20 years. Having studied Martial arts from a young age and learning from various teachers while traveling, his stories and experiences are unique, diverse and sometimes quite humorous. Richard created Tian Yo Health and Fitness specifically to promote the benefits and practice of Tai Chi and Qigong. Richard has extensive experience in various forms of western fitness allowing him to clearly explain each exercises, purpose, concepts and imagery during the class. His deep passion for and interest in the history and philosophy make for an educational and informative, and thoughtful learning experience. Incorporate into daily life the importance of physical health and emotional and mental wellbeing. Through introspection, reflection, and action we can improve the quality of our life experience. By empowering each other to be authentic, to grow and learn together we can live more harmoniously with dignity and integrity.
