Great information, not enough yoga!
Kelly has such a wealth of knowledge, and has so much to share! She is clearly very passionate about the subject and deeply cares that the participants integrate the learning.

My biggest issue was the breakdown of lecture time vs yoga. As this was advertised and branded as a therapeutic yoga retreat, one would naturally assume lots of yoga was involved. I think the intention was there: lecture time, followed by practicing the topic/lesson, with somewhat equal time allocated to both. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a a real struggle from Kelly's end to keep the workshops and lecture portions on time, which significantly ate into the yoga portion of the sessions. We were also constrained by meal times, which meant that if a lecture went over time, the yoga portion that followed needed to be shortened. This happened a lot! Break times were also not fully honored as per the schedule. In addition, the evening lectures that were meant to be 1hr, ended up being 2hrs. In one instance, we went 30min into the dinner time and almost missed that whole meal time.

My biggest feedback, then, would be the organization of it all. More effort needs to go into reeling in participants (of course everyone wants to share, as everyone is engaging with the material), and getting the workshop to move along into the next section, so we actually all get the yoga we came there for. Many of us came with the intention to move our bodies, and, while there was lots of useful information presented, the movement aspect of the retreat fell short for me.
