About the Teacher
Why study with them?
David is an ordained elder in The United Methodist Church, as well as a Benedictine monk, as a member of the dispersed St. Brigid of Kildare monastery. David is a trained spiritual director and retreat leader, and served as the chaplain at Ohio Northern University for eleven years, located in Ada, Ohio. David was named the Director of Osage Forest of Peace in January of 2024.

David is a wonderful spiritual guide. A true renaissance man, from baking bread to leading meditations, playing the bagpipes and knitting, he MADE the weekend truly enlightening.

Very Knowledgable Teacher
I really enjoyed my retreat that was lead by David, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He makes everyone feel welcome, and at home. I can’t want to go back again!
