My first love has always been movement, nature, and animals.

After a near death experience and Spiritual Awakening, I found Pranic Healing in 2012 and never looked back. Pranic Healing was the first set of tools that helped me facilitate my own healing from the teachers of physical pain, depression, anxiety, and a drug addiction.

Nature and Animals were also my teachers and I began sitting with them on my walkabouts into nature. Bear, moose, horses, bees; I learned to listen in deeper ways to the rhythms of nature and how to sit in physical presence with these teachers.

I then traveled the world to deepen my connection with different indigenous teachers. Learning the art of ceremonial practices for all of the cycles of life. From the Monasteries of Nepal, the Q’ero of Peru, the deserts and mountains of the First Nations People, Cacao and Fire Ceremonies in Guatemala, and the jungles and plants of Peru.

My deepest wisdom has been gained by diving deeply into myself and learning the willingness to be present with all of life, while actively choosing gratitude and joy. I’ve leaned into the darkest parts of myself, learning how to no longer run and hide from those parts and pieces of me that I deemed ugly or unlovable.

When I work with you it’s an acknowledgement that I have done my own work, and I am continuing to do my own work. Our souls embark on this journey together as we continue to grow and evolve. It’s my willingness to go into those dark, scary places that taught me how to not be afraid of myself. The shadows were actually my power. I learned how to be so soft and tender with myself.

I will bring this into our work together. I am the wild mother. I am not here to coddle, but nurture and guide you into your divine empowerment through somatic embodiment, humor & communication, earth-based practices & ceremonies, and nervous system regulation.

I never know what will show up from my healing and spiritual toolbox, because it will be a unique medley specifically for you. My greatest passion in life is supporting humanity through Spiritual Alchemy, which happens when we embrace the entirety of the human experience, transmute what's not in alignment, and ignite the truth of our own divinity.
