About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Karly is a yoga and meditation teacher with over 500 hours of training. She enjoys teaching most styles including vinyasa, hatha and also yin and restorative yoga.
With a deep passion for a holistic approach to health and wellness, Karly also offers nutritional and physical development coaching.
Karly is a keen advocate of cold water immersion and is also a breath work practitioner. With a love of nature and the outdoors she can also offer forest bathing, guided meditative walks and meditation and breath work sessions.
