Why study with them?
Alethea is a passionate entrepreneur and all-around innovator. In 2021 she founded LiftUp Auction to empower nonprofits to raise money in new ways. As LiftUp’s CEO, she leads day-to-day operations and oversees strategic decision making.
Alethea’s dedication to fundraising for nonprofits blossomed from coursework in graduate school (MPA program). She proudly served on the marketing team at CREDO; a San Francisco company that has donated $93 million to nonprofits since 1985. In New York, Alethea raised money for the Tribeca Film Fest, Rooftop Films,
and the NY Underground Film Fest. In 2011, Alethea served as the Hospitality Director for the inaugural Napa Valley Film Festival – hosting over 400 filmmakers and celebrities.
Combining media savvy and well-honed business skills, she co-launched BAMMfilm in 2012, serving as executive
producer and CEO. Alethea’s also a founding member of the Santa Rosa Junior College D
