Sara Falugo is a Yoga teacher, Sacred Medicine Integration Guide and writer.
In her former life, Sarah was the founder of Yoga Nest Venice, where she served her community in Los Angeles, CA for nearly a decade.
She now lives on the Big Island of Hawaii where she holds Sacred Medicine Journeys, leads devotional kirtan, and offers integration guidance, as well as private yoga and meditation classes.
Sara’s early life trauma led her to begin meditating at age 17. After years of struggling to heal, she found yoga, which brought her healing from her “head” to her heart and body.
She has worked with a variety of trauma-releasing modalities over the course of her life and incorporates all of her knowledge and experience into her current work.
