Why study with them?

Ken is a young and multitalented wellness instructor. He started yoga in 2014 beginning with interest and awareness about his posture, mobility, and flexibility. His passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals while reconnecting the body with the mind through breathing in every movement. His passion leads him to take certification in vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga. He is also certified in Pilates & Barre workouts by STOTT PILATES and in personal trainer certification by RAI Institute
