She creates, builds, and offers her teachings and hands on life tools based on her own journey through intense healing. Her vision is always to help others live a full life with the journey they are given.
Andrea has traveled internationally and domestically for over two decades on the Professional Speaking circuit. It is through her personal journey of resilient, empowered healing, and her advocacy work with the sick, that she set up two organizations alongside Anam Nostos House that focus on her journey; Find Your Voice Project© & Andrea's Lourdes Journeys©
Andrea overcame a 14-year battle with Anorexia and Body Hatred to find healing after years of dedicated hard work, self-introspection through holistic practices; as well as her personal spiritual healing through her journey at Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto in Lourdes, France working with the sick and dying. She has a lifetime of experience in International Pilgrimages and Spiritual Ministry traveling to Lourdes, France multiple times, as well as the Holy Land in Israel.
Her life became free the day she made a choice to live and began to embrace the one thing she had never sought out before, a future. She believes strongly in giving back by sharing her rich stories of body healing, resilience and empowerment as well acceptance in mind, body. faith and spirit through her books, talks, retreats and workshops.
Andrea is most known for the unique and resourceful ways she has come to recover in her lifetime. All of her books on Amazon, Find Your Voice Project: A Journey Towards Healing , Tuning In, Turning Off and Finding Presence and Pieces of Peace: 3 Minute Retreats to Sustain the Soul share many of these diverse and hands on tools to living more fully.
