Details of this retreat
This retreat is an invitation to return to your core being: your essence.
To come home to yourself.
To feel safe within your own body and inner world.
To listen deeply and reconnect with your inner guide, so you can rise and stand fully in your power.
This is not an escape from life, but a conscious pause: a space to reset, reflect, and realign.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is a deep reset for mind, body and soul, held and guided by a certified holistic psychologist, bodyworker, and yoga teacher. A co-facilitator, Lieselotte Lauwers, will also be joining us.
This retreat is for you if:
You feel stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Your body, mind, and soul are asking for a full reset.
You feel drawn to yoga (no prior experience required).
You are at a crossroads in life and seeking clarity and direction.
You want to reconnect with yourself, nature and other women in an authentic, non-competitive way.
You feel curious about holistic practices for mental and physical health that you can integrate into your daily life.
You are curious about Indian culture and want an authentic experience rather than a touristic one.
You want to feel stronger, more confident, and grounded.
You crave both adventure and deep relaxation.
You want to travel solo, but not alone.
You want to meet like-minded women.
No prior knowledge is required, also not for yoga and meditation.
This retreat is not for those seeking distraction, constant entertainment, or a passive wellness holiday.
It’s for women who are willing to engage honestly with what arises and what becomes clear.
This retreat opens doors for healing by providing a safe, held space to understand and acknowledge your emotions, thoughts, and bodily experiences with care and sensitivity.
