Jeff Mehigan
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Jeff Mehigan has been attending programs and volunteer opportunities at Easton for the past ten years. He first came to the mountain during a Body Electric workshop, and he fell in love with the community. These experiences ignited his passion for bodywork, and so after a career in education and human service work, he shifted to health and wellness and is now a licensed massage therapist. Among other hobbies Jeff enjoys yoga, running, and cycling. He completed his first marathon in 2015, and in 2018 he spent 6 months thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail.
