Why study with them?
Nadia's life is inspired by nature, creativity, community, and helping people to connect with their inner healer. She has been working with and studying mind-body and energy for over 25 yrs. Her modalities include: breathwork, meditation, yoga, reiki, and earth ritual.
Nadia’s plant medicine journey began in Mexico in the late 90’s, and she has studied and practiced with a variety of shamanic practitioners from around the world. She has formally been holding space in plant ceremonies for 8 years, and has worked with 100’s of guests. Her therapeutic approach includes compassionate inquiry, somatic guidance & integration, counseling, and trauma-informed support.
