Laura is a 500-hour senior yoga, Qigong and mindfulness instructor.
From a young age, Laura practiced yoga and meditation and had a fascination with the mind-body connection.
As a young adult, she found herself looking for ways she could explore her own personal and spiritual development.
She now runs her own online yoga membership, runs a yoga school for children, and teaches yoga to individuals, groups, and on retreats around the world.
Laura has a very warm and friendly approach to her teaching, people describe her classes as safe, nurturing and accessible,
She is particularly passionate about mental health and assists many people now as a spiritual mentor.
