Sheila has 20 years experience in the healing arts. Her continuous education over the years has led her through various paths. Sheila’s healing approach integrates Advanced Myofasical Release (MFR), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Breathwork Meditation and yoga. She utilizes multiple modalities to encourage healing the mind and body - these comprehensive remedies foster both physical and mental well-being, emphasizing the need to address emotional states of consciousness alongside physical pain that resides in the body.
Sheila is a 700 hour advanced yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and Vodder certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. She studies with various Rolfers across the country and continues her own personal healing journey with Breathwork Healer David Elliot.
