Je suis Léa,
Pendant 18 ans à Paris, j’'ai réalisé des documentaires sur les transitions dans différents pays et j’ai été soignante dans un centre de médecine intégrative en oncologie.


Aujourd’hui, j’œuvre sur le territoire du Parc naturel régional du Périgord Limousin.
J'y vis en habitat léger au Croissant Fertile, sur le terrain d’expérimentation de la Désobéissance Fertile.
Je facilite un groupe de Biodanza en hebdomadaire à Marval.
Je coordonne un projet d’instruction en famille en collectif.
Je suis médiatrice et accompagne la résolution des conflits.
En parallèle, je continue de suivre des individus et des groupes en méditation, en T.R.E (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercices) et en Naturopathie.


Je me sens profondément engagée à vibrer la vie, à créer encore et toujours plus de vie.
Alors… j’écoute les messages que la vie se chuchote à elle-même.
Je vis.
J’accepte qu'à chaque instant, ce que je croyais savoir, a déjà changé.

I am Léa,
For 18 years in Paris, I made documentaries on transitions in different countries and I was a caregiver in an integrative medicine center in oncology.


Today, I work in the territory of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park.
I live in light housing in the Fertile Crescent, on the testing ground of Fertile Disobedience.
I facilitate a weekly Biodanza group in Marval.
I coordinate a collective family education project.
I am a mediator and support conflict resolution.
At the same time, I continue to follow individuals and groups in meditation, T.R.E (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) and Naturopathy.


I feel deeply committed to vibrating life, to creating more and more life.
So… I listen to the messages that life whispers to itself.
I live.
I accept that at every moment, what I thought I knew has already changed.
