Marilena

Marilena is born British, from Mediterranean roots. She is a yoga and tantra practitioner and teacher for many years, in Denmark, UK and further abroad. As a teacher she has a way of inviting you to be silent inside and reflect upon the fine nuances and deep meaning of life’s experiences. She is a treasure of wisdom, yet views life through the curious and innocent eyes of a child - she is as delicate as she is powerful, and as profound as she is playful. With a background in Art & Design Marilena has a keen eye for beauty and perfection, and aspires to continuously sculpt her own life into a work of art through the application of the tantric teachings and ongoing journey of becoming an embodiment of the universal feminine.
