The name Hana, means grace and happiness. Hana’s journey has been and continues to be the pursuit of grace and happiness, understanding that everything is connected no matter how large or small.

With over 25 years of combined experience in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Yoga and Pilates, Hana Weinwurm passionately continues her path of service by sharing her natural gifts as a Certified Wellness and Fitness Professional. Her creative facilitation and commitment is guided by her awareness of integrative movement, wholistic lifestyle and tuning-in with the natural rhythms within oneself, others and nature.

Over the years, Hana’s path has taken her on an everlasting adventure, introducing her to natural destinations, heartfelt communities, treasured teachers and embodied life lessons. Her greatest passion is to share practical, progressive and authentic wisdom in experiences with groups and individuals. Especially, igniting others to be mindful, awaken self-trust, and to be inspired towards a hopeful mindset and a healthier balanced approach to their personal day-to-day life.
