About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Kaly has an extensive background in yoga and a deep knowledge and passion for spirituality. Having grown up with a father whom at one point was a monk in Ananda Marga - she grew up in a spiritual commune where daily meditation, and the fundamentals and philosophy deeply rooted in sustainability and a sense of community. Born as a vegetarian - a passion for nutrition and wellness and a deep desire to share her wisdom and teachings is something she has devoted her life to. She firmly believe in the powder of healing both mind and soul with kindness, compassion in combination with nutrition. She has a keen interest in the power of herbs and the miraculous benefits they hold. In her yoga practice she is known for her focus on alignment and allowing for the breath to be the focus within all movements.
