The name is Ava, the spirit is free, the style is nomadic, and the light is bright. Learning and growing every step and stumble along the way, I have integrated my formal education in Therapeutic Recreation and Nutrition with my passion for travel. Through a decade of work exchange on organic farms across the globe I have cultivated skills and practices that allow me to live harmoniously with nature and accelerate its regenerative processes while supporting others in doing the same. Healthy soils, healthy humans!
