Why study with them?
I AM YOUR HOLISTIC WELLNESS GUIDE. As your Guide, I will lead you through Breathwork, Meditation and Subconcious Release to heal yourself. Whether you just need to deal with some stress or deal with significant trauma, I am your guide. I practice trauma-informed Breathwork, which uses guided meditation and intentional breathing to drop you into your body to find and release blocks to living your best life.
After a year of significant trauma, I was working hard to heal. I discovered Breathwork and everything became clear. My purpose in life is to help others find their inner peace. The goal is not to have you as a client forever. My wish for you is to get comfortable enough doing these practices on your own, that you will no longer need me.
Roehming Tree Wellness is all about learning and growing. The vagus nerve is the nerve that controls your parasympathetic nervous system. Simply put, it gets us out of "fight or flight" and into "rest and digest." "Vagus" means "wandering" and another word for wandering is roaming. Come join me on this journey!
