Thirty-five years ago, I had a profound awakening realizing that I had been abused by my mother and that all the obsessive over-eating, drinking, and drug use was generated by the sheer shame and guilt of my past trauma without even knowing it. After thirty-five years of doing my own healing work, I knew I was ready to accept the mantel of my Divine Purpose, my Soul's Path & Mission to help others out of the darkness and silence of their past trauma to heal.
