I’m Laura—a passionate massage instructor and the founder of Solstice, where I empower Spa Stews and wellness professionals to thrive in their yachting careers without sacrificing their well-being.

After years of working in the yachting industry and experiencing firsthand the physical demands of giving 10+ massages a day, I realized that traditional techniques weren’t designed to protect the therapist. This led me to create the Deep Release Massage—a unique technique that not only delivers exceptional results for clients but also prioritizes the health and longevity of the massage therapist.

With an extensive background in wellness, bodywork, and hospitality, I bring both heart and technical expertise to every retreat I lead.
