About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Gaëlle discovered yoga in 2002 in San Francisco, where she enthusiastically followed a variety of dynamic, playful and invigorating styles. Trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga by Diego del Sol, and in Yin yoga with Biff Mithoefer (200h Yoga Alliance), she became a pioneer of Aeroyoga in France by organising training courses with Rafael Martinez in 2014.
In the Yin Yang Yoga & Energy workshops and retreats she runs with her sister Sibille, an acupuncturist, she links Taoist and yoga teachings by incorporating different rhythms according to the season, always listening to her students' needs. Gaëlle teaches yoga as an art of living, an exercise in health and an experience of the present moment.
She has co-founded and run Layama and the Festival de Yoga en Provence in Aix-en-Provence since 2010. Read More
