Who could expect a heartland for this sacred work could be found in Harrisburg, PA? The palpable energy in the land can be felt as soon as you step foot on the property. Blessed by monks, and tended to by the nurturing, enthusiastic visionary Nikos Phelps, this gorgeous cradle of nature has properties that energetically revitalize and heal the spirit. If you allow yourself to tune in, the trees will do more than whisper to your spirit and this undeniable, fulfilling chorus of love and compassion begin. It is a reminder where life’s starting line is drawn and how empowering it is when we return home. Walk with your bare feet through the grass, play your guitar under a Willow tree, do a somersault in the fresh air, stroll through the properties “Narnia” and allow yourself to be held by the diligent team that will make your retreat here one to remember. A truly unforgettable experience and I am so grateful to the facilitators: Nikos, Eva, Brit and Piper and also to my fellow journeyers who I feel such a strong kinship with. Such clarity and self love is radiating from my being and am very much appreciative and looking forward to catching up on our integration calls. The community is frankly just as important and potent as the sacrament. This medicine and work is how we heal the world. I will surely make a return in the near future.
