Claire Gregory

Claire started her career in teaching and lived in Dubai for a number of years. On returning to the UK, she changed careers and trained as a PT, further developing her skills by specialising in pre & post natal health and now has a Masters in Muscular Skeletal Rehabilitation. She also teaches sports massage and acupuncture across the globe including hospitals in the Caribbean. She is a font on knowledge when it comes to women's health & physical wellbeing.
