About Kyle
In April of 2002, at the age of 20, I awakened to truth following a long battle with depression. For the past 21 years, I’ve been integrating this awakening into my life through various life experiences (teaching, becoming a father, etc.).
I currently make myself available to those interested in freedom by offering individual and group meetings online, in-person retreats and workshops. I’ve also released several self-inquiry videos and published numerous books which are available on Amazon such as The Moment of Your Death, The Method, and the 60 Days of Awake series.
Over the last 5 years I’ve been integrating hypnotherapy into my teaching as a way to help others move beyond the veil of mind more efficiently. Rather than having people try to use their minds to silence their minds (which doesn’t tend to work very well), I use the hypnotic process so that the mind can be guided into silent awareness without needing to use any effort of its own.
This different approach to accessing silent awareness allows for a cleaner shift into the state of let-go so that old unhelpful conditioned patterns of behavior can be dropped or ‘re-programmed’ more easily.
The reason conventional self-inquiry teachings tend to come up short is that they ask the mind to try and uproot itself without realizing that an aspect of the efforting mind must always remain in place while that attempt is being made. This creates an often futile practice.
My ‘de-hypnosis’ method of self-inquiry removes this subtle aspect of the mind from the equation by using the same hypnotic process that first formed the mind’s foundations (in order to reverse the unhelpful effects of these foundations).
