Regina Lumsden, LMT

Regina Lumsden is a dedicated Healing Bodyworks Therapist and Holistic Movement practitioner. With her early dance training in Brazil and a lifelong love for dance, she embarked on a journey to deepen her understanding of movement therapy.

Regina studied Eurythmy and Spatial Dynamics in England, incorporating these practices into her work with children and adults. At a Waldorf school, she integrated Waldorf’s Sensory Integration, Neuro-Developmental Movement Therapy, and Circus Arts activities into her teaching. Guided by her clients' experiences, Regina’s intuitive energy and therapeutic bodywork empower individuals to discover balance, a deeper connection to their bodies, and inner peace.
