Ariela Milstein is a psychologist committed to integral healing and personal development, whose career has focused on the integration of contemporary therapeutic approaches with ancestral practices. Her training includes a Master's degree in Community Development from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she specialized in community intervention strategies that address the mental health and well-being of vulnerable groups. In addition, she has completed studies at the Humanistic Institute of Gestalt Psychology, where she has been trained in a therapeutic approach that promotes self-exploration and self-knowledge.
Ariela is currently in the process of completing her master's and doctorate degrees in Therapeutic Accompaniment with Ancestral Medicines and Entheogens through the Q Protocol, where she delves deeper into the applications of these medicines in the context of modern therapy. This training has provided her with a deep understanding of how experiences with entheogens can facilitate emotional healing and the integration of past traumas, which is fundamental in her work as a therapist.
In addition, Ariela has furthered her training in the Existential Circle, where she specialized in the therapeutic integration of expanded states of consciousness, allowing her to accompany participants in their healing process from a conscious and respectful approach. Her private practice of holistic psychotherapy allows her to use various tools, such as medicinal plants and mushrooms, essential oils, and energy healing techniques, providing a personal approach tailored to the needs of each individual.
Ariela has also worked with the Waorani Women's Association of the Ecuadorian Amazon, where she designed and implemented workshops focused on the conservation of the Amazon and the mental health of Waorani women. This experience not only reflects her commitment to community well-being, but has also allowed her to understand the importance of connection with nature in the healing process.
Ariela will offers her extensive experience and skills to guide participants in a deep process of self-knowledge and transformation. Her specialty in somatic trauma work and dream work will be invaluable to those seeking to integrate past experiences and release repressed emotions. By fostering a safe and welcoming space, Ariela will allow each participant to dive into their own healing process, providing individualized support and accompaniment throughout the journey.
As a temazcal apprentice and Sun Dancer, Ariela incorporates ancestral practices that invite reflection and connection with the spiritual environment. Through ceremonies and rituals, participants will be able to experience collective healing and the power of community, promoting a sense of belonging and connection with their roots.
Ariela's interest in ancestral medicines adds a unique dimension to her work as a guide. Her passion for learning and exploring consciousness translates into an empathetic and compassionate approach, where each participant will be able to connect with their inner self and with others in an authentic way.
Participants on the trip will greatly benefit from her holistic approach and her ability to facilitate moments of introspection and personal growth. At the end of this transformative experience, each person will return home with new tools for their emotional and spiritual well-being, as well as a renewed connection with their soul and a deeper understanding of their place in the world. With Ariela’s accompaniment, this trip will become an opportunity to explore not only the stunning landscapes and rich culture of Egypt and Jordan, but also to embark on an inner journey toward healing and self-realization.
