About the Teacher
Why study with them?
I have been a student of yoga since the age of 17. As my practice evolved from inversions to an inward journey, yoga became my mirror. It reflected back to me all the ways I had been disconnected from my body, neglected my needs, ignored my feelings, and criticized myself. Through movement, breath, and stillness, I learned so much. I stopped believing the nasty inner critic that told me I wasn't good enough, and I began to trust myself again. My life changed for the better and so did I.
In my practice, I combine yoga and somatic movement with my passion for neuroscience to help students explore their relationship with their bodies, the narratives in their minds, and the tools to move beyond fear toward a life of freedom.
