About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Passionate about sport and movement since my earliest childhood, I have experimented with several disciplines, including Gymnastique Rythmique Sportive, ballet, modern dance and outdoor dance, as well as skiing, running, cycling, rollerblading, climbing, etc.

I naturally wanted to deepen my knowledge and I embarked on fitness training to become a qualified instructor. I was immediately interested in teaching group classes, and have taught Body Pump, TRX, Zumba and Pilates, among other classes.

I currently teach Pilates en Matwork, Hatha Yoga and recently discovered Nordic Walking, which is an excellent complement to outdoor training.

In my practice, I've discovered the importance of working with fascia, the connective tissue found throughout the body, which is still the subject of a great deal of research. It has been demonstrated how important it is to consider the body as a whole in order to find or regain conscious, healthy mobility.

I'm continuing to learn more about this subject, and this approach to movement fascinates me more and more. I integrate it into all my classes to re-establish the natural movement of the fascias, thus reactivating the body's self-regulating forces.

These practices are suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and I'd be delighted to help you achieve your individual goals. I look forward to meeting you!
