Hi! I'm Sofi, and I'm a certified Life Coach and Meditation & Yoga instructor - while also working at Meta. My personal mission is to help people live more fulfilling, aware, and awake lives, empowering them to achieve more success and happiness.

I will guide the morning yoga and meditation classes, connection circles, and journalling workshops.

A bit more about me: In 2012, during an existential crisis after leaving home to move abroad, I discovered meditation and mindfulness which forever changed my life. Ever since then I have been preaching about the transformative powers of meditation and “unofficially” life coaching everyone who would listen - my friends say I speak like a fortune cookie. In 2023 I trained with Deepak Chopra to be a Life Coach.
