Four and a half years ago, I stumbled upon the power of the breath while practising apnea for free diving.
Visualisation techniques I used during breath holds allowed me to experience much deeper meditative states than through the simple use of a meditation app.
Intrigued and fascinated, I discovered how the breath has the power to activate and calm our nervous system and unblock emotions trapped in the body, and that it also allows you to access ‘altered states of consciousness’. I started practising different breathing techniques and patterns that have become an essential part of my routine and daily life.
I have been teaching and sharing knowledge for over 15 years and would call it one of my greatest passions, in fact I believe it is my purpose.
Combining fascination and purpose, I have discovered how much I love to use something as simple as the breath - our life force, our pranayama - to share these breathwork techniques, guide people through these beautiful experiences and become part of their journey.
It was crystal clear to me to become certified as a breathwork facilitator and I have since been lucky enough to work face-to-face with large groups of up to 50 people as well as individuals around the globe. Ranging from parents to full-time entrepreneurs, doctors to lawyers, athletes and yacht industry professionals as well as members of the Spanish Air Force, I have now to this day positively affected the lives of over 425 people.
It is all I ever want to do.
