Anh started yoga and meditation in 2006 in India.
In 2016, she moved to Kansas (USA) where she continued her training as a yoga teacher.
Anh's teaching style is creative and playful while conscientiously guiding her students to their full potential.
She loves working with students one-to-one. With her experience she is able to tailor each session to each student's needs.
She skilfully combines vinyasa flow, with hatha yoga and breathwork to achieve a beautiful flow through the class, while giving each student the choice to extend as it suits. She brings a calming energy, and leaves her students feeling both energised and totally relaxed.
