She is the main teacher of the Kadampa Meditation Center of Barcelona. She is a nun since 2007 and lives in the KMC Mahakaruna of Barcelona in Ca l'Esteve in Sant Salvador de Guardiola.
Since 1998 she has studied and practiced Buddhism under the guidance of the venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has dedicated her life to benefiting others by spreading the precious teachings of the Buddha through the development of Kadampa meditation centers.
Her loving kindness, practical spiritual insight and clear and warm presentation of Buddhist teachings make her the resident teacher: Guen Kelsang Lochani an admirable and inspiring person and an example to follow as a Kadampa practitioner. Although she is often very busy with the development of various projects of the center, she does not lose her connection with her students and takes care of them as much as she can with good advice and direct help.
