Megan brings over 15 of experience in yoga and holistic wellness to the retreat. As a lead instructor, she will guide participants through daily Vinyasa flow sessions, Barre & Pilates fusion classes focusing on enhancing flexibility, strength, and inner balance. Megan will also facilitate group meditations and mindfulness workshops centered on cultivating presence and mental clarity.
