Mercedes has been walking the path of yoga, self-love, and holistic healing for over 20 years, and for the past 15 years, she has been sharing her knowledge and experience with others. With more than 700 hours certified by Yoga Alliance, alongside countless hours of self-practice and private studies, her journey has been one of deep exploration, transformation, and embodiment.

Her academic background includes Physiotherapy, Business, and her current studies in Psycologi, enriching her approach to both movement and the human experience. Her yoga teaching is a fusion of Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin Yoga & Vinyasa integrating both strength and surrender, structure and flow. As a Breathwork teacher and meditation guide, she is passionate about the power of the breath as a gateway to self-awareness and healing. While trained in different forms of meditation, she is deeply in love with active meditations and the art of blending meditation with music and movement, creating a dynamic and immersive experience.

Mercedes doesn’t just teach yoga—she crafts fully immersive experiences where all your senses and subtle body are awakened. Every retreat, every session, is designed to be a holistic journey, one that allows you to feel, release, and reconnect on the deepest level.
