Roni Lynette Jones is Registered Yoga Therapist and Yoga Alliance Teacher Trainer based in Thailand with her company Pure Nature Yoga. Roni is also a Womb Yoga Teacher, Mind Body Coach, Meditation Teacher and Sound Therapist specializing in mental health and emotional trauma. Roni’s meditation experience encompasses the sphere of modern-day Mindfulness practices, Yogic Meditation, as well as Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism for over 25 years and received teachings from HH Dalai Lama, Tenzin Palmo, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Akong Tulku Rinpoche, and many more.
Learning from leaders in the field, Roni now combines holistic Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga with feminine movement principles incorporating her own discoveries for ease of movement in the body and energy cultivation, as well as Yoni Shakti practices. She has been offering 200h Holistic Yoga and Sound Teacher Trainings since 2017 and guided many students to share the combination of Yoga, Mindfulness and Sound Meditation.
Healing from severe OCD as a child, anxiety, eating and body image disorders as a teenager, parental loss in her early adulthood, as well as lower back disc issues, Roni’s life’s work and purpose is to share with others how to transform difficulty into opportunity, how to be safe in your body and step into your power.
Roni’s fascination with more subtle internal practices, as well as Self-Myofascial Release work, and understanding of Polyvagal Theory and the nervous system provides her with a modern and scientific understanding of the body-mind complex. Applying the Yoga and Buddhist Psychological framework for mental health, imbued with her interest in neuroscience and elemental wisdom (Tibetan, Indian and Tao). She guides students to a deeper state of connection, relationship and self-empowerment for integral growth, and a precious opportunity to develop awareness, wisdom and compassion.
