I have dedicated my life to studying and teaching movement. I began as a professional dancer and, over the past 20+ years, I have deepened my path through Yoga, somatic education, and bodywork. My approach integrates mindful movement, breath, posture, and therapeutic techniques to support balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
